I need some help. My boys current correx is getting a bit...Well...Manky.
They've chewed it senseless and their pee stains aren't always coming out...So it's turning kind of yellow. It's a bit gross. It's also actually falling apart.

I was wondering if anyone knew any good sites where I could get it cheap?
Some places charge absolutely insane prices.
Sometimes you can get it for a reasonable price from Ebay but even they don't seem to have anyone selling much of it right now.

Can anyone help me out, please?

Thankies :)

LOL have you read the write up?

This corrugated plastic sheeting is lightweight, but with its corrugated design will absorb small impacts, protecting your rooms from the inevitable small knocks that occur when moving furniture.

The correx board is lightweight, meaning you can secure it to doors and walls, as well as laying it on floors and stairs.

It is also often used in the building of guinea pig cages!

Love it :) Great find!

Brilliant! Thank you very much!

My boys send you "thank you" wheeks, too! :))

Oh! One last question.

Does anyone know if you can staple correx?
I used tape to stick it together and get the sides to stay up but the tape seems to come loose after a while.
I was wondering if I could staple it...Or is there a chance my piggies will get the staples out or something? :(

Not sure - but you could poke a hole through and thread a cable tie in and pull it really really tight?

I wouldn't use staples incase the wee mites get ahold of them. Did you use duct tape? this is what I've used now and in the past and it's never come unstuck.

Ive heard that someone used a glue gun to stick their correx together, but ive stuck mine together with weather proof tape from Wilkinson's, it was £1.89 and its worked very well. :)

Thanks. I wasn't sure if they could get hold of the staples or not. I won't be doing that then. Don't want my boys to get hurt :{
And we used normal, like everyday tape on it.

I have a grand choice now! Duct tape and weather proof tape!
Unless they're the same thing :)) too many kinds of tape, I always get confused.

Thank you very much. With this much info, I should be able to make their base better this time. Well...My brother can :)) I'll be roping him into making it for me.
That's what brothers are for! xx>>>
