i know theres already a few threads on neutering, but how much have people paid to have their pigs neutered?

i was talking to my vet about it today when i took heath for his check up, and she said they have experience with it, and that it doesnt take long to do, and said it would cost £60 :o

just wondered about prices as they seem to vary a lot. usually my vet is very well priced, but the neutering is pricey, but i would pay it if it means merlin will be able to pair up with a girl (not until hes old enough)

I've called 4 vets this morning, £33, 2 vets were around £40 and the most expensive was £60.

i wouldnt go to any other of my local vets cos they are rubbish with piggies, so if i had it done, this vet is my only option i think

Thats a better price than i got quoted, around here they are asking on average £80.

It is beyond a joke :tickedoff:

A couple of years ago it was no where near this price.
