Cosy cavies

Hi All,
Does anyone know what's occuring with cosy cavies? Do you think it is just a boom in sales now the weathers turned? I haven't placed an order, but was thinking of ordering a cosy tunnel, something else to keep the piggies warm. They are kept indoors in our living room, and we aren't tight with the heating at all, am I being completely paranoid worrying about their warmth?! The have a wooden house which I fill with hay, they are kept on fleece, have a fleece hammock which they sleep under, and a pigloo which I put extra fleece in, I just want them to be ultra warm and cosy! Someone at work caught me looking at the cosy cavies website whilst on my lunch break yesterday, they thought I was crazy, 'guinea pigs are fat furry things they don't need blankets' if only they knew the truth about how spoilt they are! rolleyes

All 16 of ours live in our lounge too and pop their snugglepads in during the day to keep them warm if I'm at work etc. In the evening, the fire is on so know they are toastie |)
If you feel chilly, the piggies will probably feel the same - just check their little feet and ears as these are good indicators as to how warm they are |)

Just had a look at Cosie Cavies site and she has the Valentine themed items so maybe very busy for our loved up piggies x) ?/
I need some snugglepad covers and love her fleece but may hang back a bit longer if she's busy

Cosy Cavies shop has been closed due a combination of being flooded with orders and producing stock for an Online Shop where items are premade and ready to go!

I'm pleased to announce the shop is now finally open, with some new products too! Custom orders are now currently limited to Made to Measure items (Ramp Tunnels & All-in-One Cage Liners) only, though this may change in coming months depending on my work load.

Oi, is that a bed with a headboard and pillow! I thought I was crazy making pillows out of baby socks stuffed with baby flannels that I put in their hideys (and they do lay their heads on them), but that bed takes the cake. I want that! Where do I get them?

Its great having so many pre-made items.*I hope to be ordering something soon, hopefully on my next pay day. My boyfriend was eyeing up the tv in the designer items, trust him to choose the most expensive thing!

Lilly I got the bed from here http://www.equinecaninefeline.com/catalog/clearance-superpet-hidensleep-small-animals-p-1268.html to be honest they jump up on and over this, but I don't really see them sleeping on it :-( I guess it's a bit difficult with no sides. They do sleep on their chair, I got this from the same site, but I can't seem to find it anywhere still on sale

Ooooooooooh love the chair too! Now that I have a photo I could get my local cosy cup maker to sew that up.

Thanks for the site info. They do ship internationally and I'm seeing all sorts of lovely things on there.

You lot in the UK are spoiled for piggy accessories. We really don't have much over here and the pathetic bit we do have is way too expensive for what it is.

By seeing stuff on this forum I've managed to order quite a few things from the UK or get my local source to copy it.

Thanks for your kind words! Fingers crossed it works as planned, and measn that hings will still be available during school holidays etc. Hmmm yes the Guinea-Vision is a particular hit with the guys lol, even the ones without guinnea pigs!
