Cough when eating veg

Two of my girls always seem to cough when eating their veg - usually it's spinach. I nearly have a heartattack when I hear it happen. It's always Mildred and Holly, they seem to eat so fast like they've never been fed rolleyes
It worries me sometimes

Yes, a couple of mine do this - I think it's where they trough it down so quickly, but I don't like it at all.
