Coughing and Spluttering Piggy

One of my piggies (Chestnut) has Bern coughing and spluttering for about the last 10 or so mins at intermittent intervals - does anyone know what is likely to have caused it and do I need to worry or will she sort herself out? I'm about to go out and am scared to leave her.
 
our ones make like a kind of sneezing noise although our girl was like half purring/half growling the other night it wa really weird but there was nothing wrong with her - sorry cant be of any more help x
 
I don't know if she'd been drinking and it's gone down the wrong way - she's stopped coughin/choking now but seems a little out of sorts.

I know it's probably nothing but they're my babies.
