Perfectly fine... my pigs cough when they eat to quickly.

Africa regularly does it - first time I took her to the vet she did have a slight chest infection (I had only had her a week). Last week I took her again as she seemed to be really barking on and off during the morning ...nothing wrong with her, perfectly healthy. I am of the same opinion as Joanne; she is just been greedy and eating too quickly rolleyes

Whether it's "normal" depends on what she's doing when she does it; most of the time the pig is eating, in which case the pig is simply being a bit too greedy! An occasional cough is generally nothing to worry about but as I said, it depends on the circumstances.
