Could anyone edit this photo for me?

I took a photo of Billy a few weeks ago and I really like it, and I'd like to print it out and frame it and I know this seems petty but he's got something on his nose in the photo and I was wondering if anyone could edit it out for me? I don't know how to and I just want him to have a nice clean face for the photo
