I was asked yesterday if I had any baby pigs that I would consider rehoming as companion for a 2yr old lone boar, I said I had some baby boars I would consider rehoming to the right home, 'Oh haven't you got any girls, I fancy breeding them' was the reply I got >:( needless to say the answer was a definite no.Do people wake up in the morning and think 'hmm today I want to breed piggies'. :'( :( 98)

should point out that my baby boars are the result of an already pregnant sow that I couldn't leave in the pet shop, she was enormous and not much more than a baby herself, she had 4 mini-pigs, 1 sow and 3 boars, all abby and all gorgeous :smitten:

I'm often asked if I would "sell" any of my pigs, they get the same answer no way my pigs are mine all mine and have forever homes with me

It certainly seems that way at times :(
Good for you Cavy for not being one of them!

I think one of the "problems" is that baby guineas appear like tiny miniatures of their parents, they have instant appeal. In some ways their downfall really.

Gah. :C

I love baby animals as much as the next person, but that's just so silly.

i love babies too but not as much as when they have grown into big fat cuddly pigs that you can kiss and cuddle :smitten: adult piggies have so much character and like some of mine alot of attitude too >:D
