I have an ominous and dark feeling in my chest, I don't know why but this feeling is not usually wrong.

Casran was quite good this morning. Have changed their hay bedding for fleece so there's less irritation for his nose.

Here's the BIG news...

Firstly, I got in early and went to the top boss - the big man in the big office. Not only did he say 'get an appointment straight away' but also offered to drive me! Then told his PA to drive me if he was busy. Then told me I could take one of the work cars on private business - unheard of.

Sarah's receptionist could not have been more helpful!

We are going this afternoon at 3.15pm :-)
