cracking noises and sneezing?

i got my guinea pig yesterday, and he is super young and tiny. he has been sneezing a lot when in his cage, and when i hold him there’s like crackling noises coming from inside him? what could this be?

You need a vet asap it is more than likely a respiratory infection. ( common sickness) You will need antibiotics to clear it, it is a killer and fast especially in a young guinea pig. Keep your pig warm and not in any cold or drafty places.

Stress can bring this illness on or has maybe been caught from another pig where you got yours from.

If he isnt eating, his gut will slowly shut down. You will need to add water to some pellets and start syringe feeding asap
