Cranberry Juice?

I think some people have said they use it for cystitis if they can find it pure and unsweetened but generally water is all a piggy ever need drink

i wouldnt stop giving the piggies water. Its as one of my sows may be pregnant and have heard it has all the goodness she will need

I didn't think for one minute you'd replace water, If you discover she is pregnant dried raspberry leaves are good

I also use Goat's Rue for milk production.

The best thing for them is lots of veg rich in vitamin C - peppers, greens etc. to make sure they're getting enough of that

UTIs, yes, pregnancy, no. All the vitamins she should need are in her pellets and veggies. You can give a pregnant sow a little alfalfa hay but other than that nothing else special.
