Critical care advice

I have a few questions about critical care, and I would appreciate it if you could awnser them. Thanks!
1) what is the best way to decide how much a pig he needs each sitting? (By weight?)
2) how often do they need critical care? (every day? Every hour?)
3) should I buy it or make it myself? And if I should make it how should I make it?
4) when would I use critical care?

You use critical care when a piggy is ill and isn’t eating hay for themselves. When a piggy isn’t eating hay, they will lose weight. You then syringe feed enough to keep their weight stable - if a piggy being syringe fed continues to lose weight, then they aren’t being fed enough. In a very ill piggy with complete loss of appetite then you feed every couple of hours during the day and night - again, enough so their weight is maintained and any losses stop, but aiming for 60-90ml in a 24 hour period. They may only take a couple of ml per sitting, so the less they take per sitting the more often you will need to feed.
in an emergency and when critical care is not available, then you can use mushed up pellets.
i don’t keep critical care in stock (it has use by dates), but I do keep syringes. Should I need to syringe feed, then I would use mushed up pellets as a stop gap until the critical care arrive
