Crooked Nails

Hi while I was combing Athena I noticed that some of her nails were crooked (as shown below)... Should I cut them? Should I take her to the vet? What do you guys think? :hmm:

Some of my older ladies have more crooked nails than this, as they grow the get like this from time to time. I would cut the end one but only cut them if they're long.

My old lady pigs nails splay out and then come back in half moons - makes it a devil to cut them - this is usually seen in older piggies.
 
Apparently this is very normal for older pigs. Both my 5 year old pigs have curled toes/nails and even my two year old piggy is starting to get them.
