Well, it has been one of those mornings today, work has been non-stop since 7am.

Piggies got their usual 'good morning' and water and hay top up first thing, pellets usually arrive mid-morning.

I have just been screamed at, louder than I have ever heard before. So loud I think the neighbours might have heard it! Why? It's after midday and still NO PELLETS!

I feel I need to report myself for piggie cruelty.. Now happily tucking in but lots of intermittent teeth chattering in my direction..!

Well as it seems to be confession time, I need to report myself too!

This morning my two lovely old gals got their forage about 3 hours late. They didn't seem to mind though as they were both sleeping off an overindulgence of hay. It's just me that felt bad.

What terrible piggie slaves we have here. I would never be late with my piggies routine - well alright confession time!
Yesterday they were keeping on all day every time one of us stepped through the door. At 5pm I worked out what was amiss, I hadn't given them their 11am treat, usually a handful of grass, slice of cucumber or dandelion leaf. My excuse I've been away and got out of the routine, talk about elephants as far as food is concerned piggies never forget!

The Ever Beautiful Betsy feels a letter is necessary to the GPU about late food AGAIN.

Dear GPU

I know that I have written to you on at least one previous occasion and I find myself writing to you again with complaints about food being delivered late. It's completely shocking! We may have all the hay we could ever want to eat/play in/poop in/wee in/hide in but that is really not the point. The point here is that pellets should be served on time, every time and so should forage and veg. It really isn't good enough. I have had complaints from all over the Country about this most serious of matters and enough is enough!

Yours hungrily

My son is the diligent morning treat giver in our household... the other day he came down later than usual because he had a test to right and Leela and Tomie were QUITE displeased with him! I think they neighbours may have heard Tomie's displeasure, she is not shy about voicing her discontent!
