Crusty ear? Ringworm or something else?

So after nearly 2 weeks on introfungal I've noticed a scabby flaky patch on one of my boys ears (left ear above)

It doesn't seem to be bothering him. I'm wondering if this is just one of the ring worm patches starting to heal up? Or should I be going back to the vet to get it checked?

I'm going to keep an eye and see what happens. But thought I would ask for advice here too...

Ok, so 2 days later and it's not looking any better. I got some better photos today when giving him his last dose of itrafungol. I'm starting to get a bit worried now. But I cant get a vet appointment for at least a week unless it's an emergency.

I would email the vet and follow up with a phone call as well.

I'm poping up tomorrow for them to do a pluck test to make sure the ring worm is gone. So I'll take this one instead and mention it. Not a proper appointment but I'll ask anyway
