ok the new girls both have crust ears on the inside . There is no head flicking or scratching just soft crustyness now I seem to recall using olive oil on some cotton wool to clean them without being to invasive we also have a very small investation of lice which I'm going to try and treat with GG products first, but first I need to sort out these ears?

Please have them checked by a vet as to whether it is ear mites, fungal or dirt/too much wax. That needs different treatment. Do not home treat on spec.
