every time I notice something with my piggies I panic and I don't think that it is anything serious because she is acting 100% normal but I just noticed Darcy had a bit of crust in the corner of one of her eyes and was wondering if there is anything other than a URI that could of caused it?

Is the crust solid white? Then it is just a bit of the milky cleaning fluid and nothing to worry about.
When the crust is watery/transparent, it points to some minor irritation in the eye. If the watering continues and the eye is a bit retracted or closed, please see a vet for an injury or something stuck under a lid. If the eye is fine and there is no watering, what has caused a bit of irritation has obviusly been washed out.
Thick yellowish or greenish crusts are usually caused by an infection in the respiratory tract.

There hasn't been any more crust since I cleaned it so I will just keep an eye on them thankyou.

I have a piggie whose eye (only one) produces a lot of milky secretion when she "wash" herself. Actually she does not use this fluid for cleaning herself. The eye remains filled with this white liquid which then produces a crust. I only clean this crust twice a day with a saline solution (the one for contact lenses... because I am not using it).
