Hi..my boy Vince keeps getting a crusty lower lip so I pull it off. When I remove it, it does not bother him but it keeps coming back. Any suggestions as to what it is? Thanks x
 
Wiebke has voiced my initial thoughts, in fact I'd have said the same pretty much word for word, and given the same link!
