Crusty nipples

I have two female guinea pigs, both under a year old. During a health check the other day, I noticed both of them have slightly crusty skin on their nipples. It's not very much, just some flakes of skin. I know this is a sign of ovarian cysts, but could it just be a regular dander type thing?

Without being able to see or do a hands on check, all we could ever do is guess which isn’t helpful.
Howevwr Ovarian cysts generally affect sows older than two years old and for it to be both or even would be unlucky.
Best thing is to see a vet if you are concerned
