Marmites been sat with me and pooped 4 or 5 times each time squealing.
He's been on baytril, and a pain killer, gut medicine etc.
The vets can't find anything wrong with him after a diabetes and urine test and physical examination.
What can i do ?

Has he had an x-ray for potential bladder stones? I am very soory for you and your poorly boy!

See bladder stones is what i suggested i thought it was when i went in and they said they couldn't feel anything.
The vets have started going down a dental route thinking it's that but i guess now it's clear it's not :(

could you see another vet maybe? one that is specialise in piggy wiggies?

i saw the same woman vet twice who i didn't like she was a little rude and didn't know much about piggies. I saw a male vet last time who i really liked he was friendly and explained everything really well but i only went in for a quick check up weigh in after the baytril.
Do i have the right to ask for him again ? or is it just a bit rude ?

Yes absolutely you can. It's your right, you are the paying customer.

Is your piggie on extra probiotics with the baytril? Baytril is notorious for creating havoc with the good bacteria in the gut, and this may cause bloating, or constipation. That might be a good place to start if you are sure that the crying is when pooping, not weeing. If you suspect bloat or a blockage though, you MUST act fast, as piggies can go downhill fast and will die if left untreated.
