Thankyou for this informative post. can i ask how old was your pig with giardia? I have found that when piggies reach six they often lose wieght and then stabalise at a lower weight and have always put this down to kidneys, etc not working as well as they once did.

Also was there anything you could use to treat the giardia, as wormers such as panacur are not effective against cryptosporidium?

Giardia is treated with panacur usually
