Nail clipping - another torture next to baths. I cheat a little with my furballs. The dog Oreo gets her nails clipped when she goes to the groomer for her haircut. Peanut Butter, my dental piggy, gets his nails done when he goes to the vets for his monthly dental. So that just leaves Hazelnut. But Hazelnut will nip when I try to clip his front paw nails. I've discovered food is the trick - they can't seem to concentrate on anything else when they are eating. So, I give him a long stalk of parsley to munch on while I clip his nails. One stalk of parsley = two nails clipped, he eats rather fast!
