I think she is. Shes just a complete nightmare. Always rearranging the cage. Regardless of Gaga liking it or not. She just sits and watches or keeps out of the way. Tam is the only one out of my 3 girlies that Wheeks. The other 2 I hear quiet chortle sounds while they are busying themselfs. But other than that Not a darn sound passes their lips.
