rolleyes...

Does anyone elses piggies not respond to your high pitched piggy voice UNLESS you are 2 hours late feeding them?

And do any of yours only respond to a rustle of a particular bag of food... rolleyes

Mine can now distinguish between a carrier bag and the salad packaging... The carrier bag gets a half hearted nose up in the air but the salad bag gets a big chorus and much running around and climbing up the bars of the cage...rolleyes

If i ever felt they only loved me for their food then it has cemented it now...:))
Oh hang on... Squeaky just wheeked at me... Its only taken me 5minutes of talking like I'm demented...

She still only wants food...rolleyes

Everytime Honey hears the back door she starts wheeking. Every time my mum walks to the shed she has to resist and fetch her food!

Honey is the most demanding pig! Lol

If you don't have food - they're not interested! :D

If I whistle (trying to copy their squeaking!) they all think it's for cucumber! If I don't give them any then I am in very big trouble & some serious sulking.....grrrr

However a little boy I childmind (16 months) love me whistling & tries to copy me! It is sooooooooooooooo cute & the poor piggies probably feel like I am constantly teasing them! x):(|)

my pigs recognise the key in the door and start going crazy for food, or if they know anyone's in the kitchen... rolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyesrolleyes

Glad I'm not the only one!

They wont even notice me when they go out on the grass all day in the summer...:))

Awww Tallulah is always vocal in the mornings when she knows the veggies are coming and squeeks at me as soon as the fridge is open.

she does however love music and he ball bell thingy and talks to her hearts content if you play either:))

yep my two both squeel for veg when I come down stairs in the morning it gets louder in stages!

Theres a quiter squeek when I am coming down the stairs, then I take their veg bowl out of the cage to clean and the squeeking gets louder! It dies off whilst I am washing it, they gets louder again when I open the fridge. As soon as they hear chopping they go mad the squeek very loud and I can hear the racket of them running round the cage bashing things into the bars and generally making a din! :))

It a shame, when I say do you want a cuddle? they just look at me as if to say you don't have veg so I'm not getting excited for you!

I often think my lot are so bored in between feeding times as they just laze around, dont popcorn (to be honest ive never seen them do it I'm waiting for summer and grass) but then they perk up when its feeding time... 5min later they are back to lazing around :))

The life of a pig... food, rest, rest, rest, food, rest, rest, rolleyes

My two indoor piggies squeak everytime I come up the stairs but squeak the loudest if they hear me in the kitchen rustling plastic bags!

With my OH they hardly ever wheek at him - but there again he doesn't feed them very often - only me so it must be cupboard love!

Mine are indoors too and wheek really loudly (especially near dinner-time) whenever I rustle a bag or open the fridge. It can be really ear-pitching loud!

my two start wheeking as soon as they hear my footsteps on the stairs in a morning...they don't bother when hubby or son come down.My hubby thinks its hilarious. As i've been off work for the past 5 weeks with a dislocated shoulder they've been getting fed a little bit later cos it takes me longer to get dressed. I'm back in work on Tuesday so it will be back to normal but I bet they'll miss me being at home all the time giving them little treats when I pass the cage.
