My piggies have been having curly kale most days now for a few months.

I feel so bad I've only just realised it shouldn't be fed often. I feel terrible I've had piggies 7 years I can't believe I didn't know this.

Obviously going to stop it straight away. Will my piggies be ok

Don't worry about it. If it's only been a few months they'll probably be fine. We're all supposed to eat a perfectly balanced diet, but we don't do it all the time, and most of us don't have any problems, and your piggies are the same. Kale IS good for them, just not too much, so don't beat yourself up - you were doing your best by them, and it's highly likely that they'll have no ill effects.

Hiya, Please don’t feel terrible as you’re doing a great job for your piggies. It’s so hard to remember all the things that they need little & often & the things they can eat every day. My late Pedro was the greediest piggy I’ve ever known for spinach & curly kale.
I’ve taken several screen shots from food advise here on my phone,& set up a separate album,so I can quickly check when I’m in supermarket. (Sounds silly I know but it helps me buy a variety for them)
I’m not that experienced enough to know if it’ll have done them any harm... do their wees look ok?
I’m sure they’re fine so don’t worry x

Our first piggies we fed parsley to everyday, knew no difference and nothing about calcium etc... when we did we altered diet. Pitch lived till 4 and Putt till 5 happy healthy lives.

Try not to worry, we learn stuff all the time, they will be fine I am sure x

My Rainbow Piggies ate Kale almost every day for all their lives and they lived to 5 and nearly 6. It didn't do them any harm.

I shouldn’t worry. Before I knew better mine had done verges more often than they should. Merab is still an active and healthy piggy at 5.5 years
