My three rescue pigs all get very curly nails very quickly especially the two girls.

I think especially with the girls their nails had never been cut and they were about 6 months old when I got them

Henry's nails aren't as bad but I just wondered should I cut more often (about once a month say?)

They are really missing being out side at the moment. Sodding rain!

what else can I do to prevent or limit curly nails?

xx

Frequency of cutting nails and the length they grow depends on each piggie. We try and cut often and a little (although it doesn't always happen)

We also put some up turned floor tiles in the girls run, to try and help them wear down a little naturally.
