Does anyone have any recommendations for currently soft meadow hay that isn't dusty please? My Nancy is prone to hay poke. I used to buy vale bale years ago but kept getting hay poke. I then swapped to mostly orchard hay as it was really soft but I would like to get back to mostly meadow. But something really soft? Tried a packet of haybox a couple of months ago as I get my orchard from there but it really wasn't soft.
I also tried silky soft hay a while ago but it was quite brown and dusty. Though the pigs did eat it.

I get mine from Nature's Own, it's very soft most of the time but it can't be guaranteed as softness/quality of hay is down to growing conditions. N.O. also sell a green meadow which is popular with a lot of piggies but mine weren't keen on it.

Thank you. I tried the sweet green one but it was so bitty when I last tried, it was only about 1cm short so I wasn't impressed, meant they couldn't bury. But I've not tried their normal hay before.

Thank you. Good to hear it's green. Last time I used them it wasn't. But sounds like it maybe worth another try. Hay is so variable.
I’ve just had a delivery and it’s lovely and green with lots of flower heads
It’s the new season fresh hay

Nature's Own is excellent! Their delivery is super fast and the hay is soft and dust free!
