Custom Painted Figurines

Quite a few years ago, I had a figurine custom painted of my guinea pig after he passed. My dear oreo was just diagnosed with cancer and I am wanting to get a custom figurine of her. I cannot find who I used before. Does anyone have any suggestions of artists/sites that do custom painted guinea pig figurines? Thanks.

Thank you for the suggestions. I was thinking about needle felt if I couldn't find the same type of figurine. I checked etsy for figurines but none felt right.
