Hi all. Quick question for you as ive done a search but cant find anything. I have brought a really large fleece for my pigs but its to wide for the cage making it awkward to put in as it involves lots of tucking to get the excess down the sides. Its not really a problem as such as it works fine its just a bit of a pain. Is it okay to cut fleece or will it fray? If it would ruin the fleece I would rather leave it as it is but it would be alot easier if I could cut it to size so does cutting fleece work?

I don't know if it would but could you fold the fleece underneath the newspaper or is it too big to do that? If it's too big and you folded it underneath the newspaper it would probably be quite bulky.

you can cut it - it won't fray. Make sure that you cut a generous rim to tuck it under, or they will try and burrow beneath it! With any decent cut-off you can make cuddle-nests or blankets to play in and hide underneath!

Thank you for all your help! That was super quick :)). I will leave enough to tuck it around the correx as this is how I do it now.
