I'm pleased to report that I have today cut and re-stitched inco pads so that I now have four separate little pads for heavy toilet areas. I just covered the raw edges with bias binding (which is exactly the same as what's already round the outside anyway). They still work fine (tipped a jug of water over them

I also discovered that a dog brush (the metal 'slicker' style brush) is FABULOUS for reviving your vet bed. One or two sweeps with the brush and the vet bed looks as good as new.
AND I made two cuddle cups out of spare fleece and an old duvet cover! My sewing machine is now on strike!!
