Hello my guinea pig went to the vet a few months ago and I found out he had a cyst which they said just leave it. . I’ve been looking at it lately and it seems like it has something in it, it’s still hard and a little bigger, it’s dark with a light grey middle should I take him in?

Hi! Please have any lump that changes very noticeably in size and texture seen by a vet. Any lumps very much require a hands-on check in order to decide whether it is better to remove them operatively or not.

I’d agree with getting a vet to check that over and decide whether it needs to be left or drained or removed. Good luck.
