Well Mario is home, he's as bright as a been and already singing to the ladies. He's got invisible stitches and also skin cell glue so it's all completely covered and glued up, you can't even tell they've cut him open apart from the shaved area, so neat and tidy! He's got metacam for pain relief and he's back again on Tuesday and they are on call if we need anything. So glad it went well, he's moving around his cage now having a nosy, I'm surprised at how bright he is (although walking a little like john wane!) :) :)

Yay! So glad everything went well and Mario is up and about! Now the waiting game begins...

Well I'm so happy with how Mario is doing this evening. I was worried about bringing him home as I know piggies are sensitive and I was worried about getting him to eat. Suffice to say he's fine. The painkillers are working and he's eaten some hay, pellets and ALL of his veggies/salad. I hope he keeps it up :)

Well Mario is bright as a daisy this morning. I'm going to give him this afternoon but its very positive that he's so bright even though his painkillers are wearing off. He's demanding salad for breakfast!

Haha I'll let him know. I was so worried that his recovery would be hard but fingers crossed so far I don't think he's even noticed :)
