Daddy slave is almost trained!

Dear fellow Guinea pigs,
We are surprised.
After Daddy slave left us a patch of grass when he last mowed the lawn, we were very happy, and felt that he was progressing with his training.
He loves giving us sneeky extra bits of lettuce when he is working from home, and has been known to hand out extra pellets.
Today we tore apart the remains of a mini hay cube, another hoooman we have never met gave us. We overheard Daddy slave say he was going to order us a carrot cottage, which sound yummy! We have never had one before.
We are feeling like Daddy slave may soon have completed his slave training.

Perhaps you could write a training manual for other piggies who are having a harder time training the slaves.
I was completely ignored today, despite wheeking very, very loudly to remind the slaves I hadn’t been fed at all for hours and hours and hours.

That’s such great news!
We thought we had our slave trained but she seems to make progress and then goes backwards. We wondered if it was our fault at first - that we weren’t training her properly. However after some consideration of our methods, we worked out that we are far too wonderful to be making training mistakes and that it is actually that slaves are just silly. Your story has given us hope that we can in fact bring her up to standard.

Oh dear, yes you have reminded us we wheeked for a long time earlier, and nothing happened, no food appeared for ages. Apparently it wasn't the right time, despite our protests. Maybe a bit more training to go.

We did successfully get our night time pea flake from Daddy slave though, another tick on the training chart.
