Daffodil

My guinea pig just ate a tiny bit of daffodil.
WILL HE BE OK!

Hi

He will be OK from a little one-off but please ensure that your guinea pigs can't get at any flowers or houseplants. The toxin of bulb plants will build up in the liver.

Thanks for reassuring me I really appreciate and he will not have any wild flowers in the future

I have edited your profile to remove your postcode and replace it with just UK as your location. I have done this for your security as a postcode gives away far too much information about your exact location

We recommend putting your UK county or larger city so members from your wider area may help with local tips without endangering your personal security, but adding just the country helps as our advice for US/Canadian or Australian members (although state/province will help us further, too, re. climate concerns) or those from other countries may differ depending on vet access, medical brands, climate etc. which we then can take into account straight away.

You can access your location by clicking on your username at the top and then going to account details.
