Daft things that piggies do

Okay..this thread is especially for stories about silly things that your pigs have done/made you do! :)p:)p

Last summer I had Daphne, my gorgeous sow in for a cuddle, and I decided to bring her upstairs and sit on my computer chair with her while I browsed the net. I'd been on the computer literally 10 seconds when I looked down and Daphne had gone! Of course I screamed for my boyfriend and parents and together, we absolutely trashed the room and turned it upside down. It was only when I was scrawling under the desk that I looked up and saw Daphne - she was sitting in the drawer that's meant for the keyboard! But since I keep my keyboard on top of the desk, the little pull-out drawer is empty and never used. She must have simply hopped up onto the drawer from my lap! She looked very comfortable and amused. I swiftly put her back into her cage and proceeded to tidy up the mess in the room ")

Oh Daphne, you are beautiful - but what a fright you must've given everyone.

I was having a cuddle with one of my youngest sows Truffles and my daughter decided tostart clapping her hands at the tv very suddenly (she is 20 months old). Truffles got a fright and ran up the inside of my top and got her feet stuck in my bra. The only way for me to get her out was to take my top off before realising that people outside could see in the livingroom and must have wondered what I was doing prancing around in my bra with a guinea pig :red
 
Aww she's so sweet, just had to read your story out loud to my daughters, now they want a piggy called Daphne :(|)

omg lol i almost fell over laughing the same thig happened to me just the other week except i had builders next door on the roof and they were all making remarks i was so embaressed:red
 
:)) Max loves to popcorn under his log tunnel .. silly little piggy! he also is quite partial to popping under his sleepy shelf thing.. you just hear a bump and a wheek!

Lol my two youngest ones popcorn under their log tunnels too and inside their sleeping sacs. You can just see the sacs jumping around the cage, nutters! :))

It took me a few days to see the funny side :p

Junior is always popcorning into the side of the hutch..you just hear a few squeals and a bang. Silly man :)p And, whenever I remove the water bottle, he'll run out and drag the wire holder inside his hutch, EVERY time! The wire is covered in bite marks LOL.
 
both of mine popcorn under log tunnels too! you would think it would hurt their little heads but they keep doing it :))
 
Pedro is definitely the most quirky out of my two piggies....he popcorns on his way out of the cage, bashing his head against the hay ball, tinkling the bell; which makes him popcorn even more! He also wheeks extremely loudly at anything that rustles...even getting dishwasher tablets out of the box.
 
yes i know what you mean about the rustling. I cleaned my boys out today, built them a new cage and also gave them loads of treats! The thing that sent them into popcorning and wheeking overdrive was when I was tyeing the plastic bag with the rubbish in it shut they went crazy and had loads and treats and veg already :)) they are mental piggies! :))
