Daily Veg

I feed my boars daily on one of those baby leaf mixes from asda (and Pets at Home nuggets of course!)
I'll give them some carrot a few times a week and occasionally some cucumber.
I was just wondering what other veg can I give them daily or almost daily?

Cucumber, peppers, celery and green beans are good ones to feed daily.

Okay perfect but cucumber daily? I thought it could cause diarrhoea if fed too much?

Okay, that will be 2 slices to whoever will get there first or they'll just take it from eachother's mouths, so cheeky haha

What I tend to do to stop them from doing this is I cut 2 slices into four small slices then that way they are both going to get some.

I feed my gang cucumber for breakfast everyday. I believe it is good for them as it is hydrating. They eat a cucumber between the five of them.

They do but part of their charm is watching them tug of war over a piece of veg despite there being another piece.

they'll do it with any of their food, they just want what the other has even if the other pieces are exactly the same haha

My sows love roman lettuce never feed iceberg lettuce I don't know why but I was told! And they also love baby corn and apples. Apples are very acidic and can lead to mouth sores so I would only feed once a week and I check for sores. Don't feed baby corn to much, to much sugars or something like that! Hope this helps you!

Iceberg lettuce isn't poisonous it just has a reaaaally high water content and not much nutritional value so it's not really useful for them and could give them diarrhea.
