It seems a bit weird but I would like to know people's routines for day to day and weekly and also monthly because I think it would be helpful for what I could also do or what I could do differently and it could also help new comers to see if they could look after their pigs day to day. Sorry for pointing people out but I would like to know about @Wiebke because she has a lot of pigs and also @Flutterby for the same reason and @Betsy because she has outdoor pigs but anyone is welcome to post. Thanks

Daily-
8:30 AM- Greet guinea pigs, sweep poop, add hay and feed them 1/2 cup of greens and vegs each
1:00- PM- Visit pigs, feed them treats, add hay, and feed 1/8 cup- 1/16 cup of pellets
6:00 PM- Sweep out poop, add hay and feed 1/2 cup of greens weekly
7:00- Visit guinea pigs again, hold them, or let them out for floor time

As far as weekly goes I clean and replace there fleeces once a week- usually on Friday or Saturday.
Monthly I clip there nails/brush them if needed.

Hope that helps xx

My pigs are outdoor. They live in my shed. They have a 5ft two storey hutch with an attached pen measuring 6ft x 5ft within the shed (the rest of the shed is for storage)

Day to day:
8am - poop pick hutch, breakfast (half of veggies), hay top up. In winter, the four snugglesafes get reheated for the day.
8:30am - In summer, they get let out into their garden run for the day.
Mid morning - hay top up. In winter - they’re let out into shed playpen if it is warm enough for a few hours.
Mid afternoon - hay top up. In winter - shut back into hutch
3:30/4pm - in winter only, Dinner time (hay, half of veggies and pellets, water refresh) Poop pick (hutch/playpen - wherever they have been for the day). All Hutch covers down.
8:30/9pm. In summer - poop pick, piggies get brought back into the shed and shut into hutch for the night, given their dinner (hay, half veggies and pellets, water refresh). In winter - hay top up (for bedding and eating), four snugglesafes put into hutch for the night.

Weekly: full hutch clean out. Summer - fleece bedding. Winter - hay and disposable bedding. Playpen clean out. Clean any equipment and throw out the more robust but destroyed toys! Weigh them. Health check. Hutch and playpen check.

Don’t really have any specific monthly checks, it’s more the daily and weekly routine repeated!

Twice a day I feed the piggies and top up their hay and check where they are and make sure they'll come out of their hideys and eat. Once a day I rinse out and refill the water bottles and poop scoop the fleece and wipe out and refill the small corner hay trays that get weed in.
Twice a week I get them all out into their playpen and do a full cage clean and fleece wash and wash the waterbottles and food dishes in hot soapy water and scrub the corner hay trays with Johnson's clean and safe. Once a week I do a weight check and general health check.
Once or twice a month I would hot wash all the fleece and F10 disinfect the cage and throw away any smelly absorbant seagrass or cardboard piggy furniture and move the C&C to vacuum up all the poops and hay from round the back.
The "once a month" is a bit theoretical as we had a piggy with suspected mites then we adopted one with ringworm so I've been doing all that twice a week- for the last 2 months- but hopefully now once a month!

Wintertime
Around 8am ish Morning check that all piggies are present and correct and breakfast time of pellets and top up hay tray.
12ish check on piggies
3-4ish laptime and dinner of veg, heat up 5 snugglesafes, pop in hutch, put down covers and say night night.

Summertime
Around 8am ish Morning check that all piggies are present and correct and breakfast time of pellets and top up hay tray. Put piggies out in run on grass and/or patio (depending on whether they have been introduced to grass or not)
Check on them regularly during the day and move them onto patio (if they are still being introduced to grass)
7-8pm pop them back in hutch, give dinner of veg, put covers down (if necessary) and say good night.

Twice weekly
Change fleece hideys or do this more often if they are really stinky and horrible.

Once a week
Clean out hutch. Weekly check of piggies.

Once month
Sterilise water bottles in Milton.

Well seeing as other people are putting up their routines i should probably do it as well :))
6:30 am ish go check pigs top up hay and feed pellets
5:30 pm check on pigs feed vegetables and top up hay refill water and give lap time (soon will be doing floortime as often as possible) and heat snuggle safes if needed
Every two - three days clean out litter trays
Once a week health checks and weights and cage clean.
once a month check nails and disinfect cage which will now be moved to once a week.
Thank you to everyone who has posted so far!

Steradent denture cleaning tablets do the same job if you happen to have dentures rather than babies lol :) I've used steradent on piggy water bottles in summer when they got warm and smelly quite fast!

Mornings and evenings mine get their pellets, veg and fresh hay top up. I take care to check that all piggies are out and tucking into their veg. Any medical piggies are medicated and topped up with extra feed if necessary.

Poo patrol and cage cleaning throughout the afternoon. It takes me on average about 3-4 days to wash and dry all the bedding so I prefer to clean the cages over the course of several days to keep the smelly laundry heaps down.
During cage clean I give the piggies a quick once-over, nail cut, groom or haircut as needed.
They also have roaming time throughout the day in turn. Young and single piggies get more roaming time than oldies who love to potter round and then come back to their cages for another nap after 10 minutes.

In the evenings I also sort the bottles and snugglesafes for the night and refill hay before I go to bed.

Hay trays etc. are descaled as needed about every 2 months.

Twice a year the piggy room is getting a full deep clean when we move piggies and tables out, dismantle all the grids and disinfect everything with F10 from top to bottom, including grids and connectors. Depending on how I am getting on, the piggies may need to overnight in their lawn runs in the kitchen until everything is dry and assembled again. It is quite a job!

Morning:
Before I start getting ready myself, poop scoop the fleece, top up hay box, pellets in bowls
throughout the day whoever is home will check on them and top up hay if needed

Evening: (5-6pm) veggy time

Before bed (9pm) hay top up and fresh water

Every 3-5 days:
Complete hay box change, wipe down box, wood shavings in base, fresh hay on top

Every 5-7 days:
Fleece change

Once every week to two weeks: the pigs will get a piece of fruit as a treat each

A lot of my routine is more "as and when it's needed" attitude. For example I may do more than one poop scoop a day for Honey and Willow as their cage gets a lot messier quicker, and Lois and Laine use their hay box as a toilet most of the time so their hay box can need changing more often than Honey and Willows.

Morning:
8am - Hubby gives the piggies grass or parsely/salad if they don't have grass.
9am - I wake up to give the piggies a romaine lettuce each and I do the morning cleaning (usually the 2nd floor of the hutch because that's where they choose to stay the whole night). I have to change the wet parts of the paper bedding, refilled their hay and pellet bowl. Change of water in the bottles. I also do weighing during this time.
10am - I give them 3 bowls of fruits & veggies that will last the whole day. My piggies don't usually drink from the bottle (except Prince but only whenever he eats the pellets)

Treats (which is usually grass) are given in between hours during the day. But they are usually asleep midday and seem to get more active around 5 or 6pm before their night feed. Hours before that, they are lazy .

Night:
8pm - Replace all the fruit & veggies bowls with fresh ones (regardless if they left loads of it). Strips of greens (cabbage) are added. Yes strips, I have to cut them in small strips because they don't it eat when I don't do it. Spoiled brats.
9pm - Hubby gives them mixed leaves as night treats.
10pm - I sweep their mess in their cage and attached run. Also my time to hoover the floor since they are all locked in by that time.
11pm - Refill their hay and pellet bowl for their night feeding. Give them grass too as additional night treats.

I change their hay area on the floor every 2 days.
I change their fleece bedding in their run and under the rattan chair they go to during the day every week. Hay under the rattan chair are refilled everyday.
Complete cleaning is every week. It used to be every Sunday, but at the moment it's every Tuesday. So cleaning time tomorrow.

If you have a Wilko nearby they have their own brand version at 50p a tube and are just as good

Morning- do the water bottles and pellets. Add fresh hay to the cage and a little veg - a romaine lettuce leaf most mornings.
Midday - piggies demand food so I give them a bit more of the veggies.
Afternoon- most days they are let out of the cage to roam, run, play etc and then they go back for the rest of their veggies.
At present the daily routine also includes eye drops for Jemimah morning and afternoon.
Every 4 - 5 days cage is cleaned out and disinfected.
About every 2 months we go to the vets to see the nurse for nail trimming and check over.
I check them when they’re out, any fur trimming gets done as needed.
