I'm not sure if any of you remember, I posted on here some months ago about Monty one of my piggies who had teeth trouble, I took him to the vets and they advised a GA and back tooth trim and trimmed his front teeth even though to them "they looked OK".

Well to cut a long story short, we were lucky enough (through this forum) to be put in touch with a wonderful person (AP) who has trimmed Monty's teeth (without GA) several times over the last few months. I am so grateful to Alcesterpigs for their help and support, not only with Monty but also with Daisy (another one of my pigs) and piggy advice in general.

Daisy has a horrid abcess and has been backwards and forwards to AP over the last few months, even staying there for 5 weeks for some intensive care. Her abcess is being controlled as much as it can, we are draining it twice a day and she is being a real trouper and thank goodness is staying very bright and eating.

I don't know if these 2 piggies would still be with us now if I hadn't found such a great and knowledgable rodentologist and for that I am truly thankful as are Monty (and his brother Yoshi) and Daisy (and her companion Max).

Glad to hear that the poorly ones are doing better now and you've found a treatment regime which seems to work for them (and you!). Fingers crossed Daisy stays so bright x

I am glad that your piggies are doing so well.

Let's hear it for Alcesterpigs.

He turned my piggy around and it's a privilege to watch him at work. We are so lucky to have someone like him for our piggies, well those of us who know where to find him!
