I didn't take Daisy to the pet shop to meet Piglet in the end as I was sure she would feel better meeting her on her own ground. So we went this morning to get Piglet and came back and introduced her to Daisy. It went so well, none of the tooth chattering etc like when we introduced Daisy to Jasmine. I let them run about on the floor for a bit while I cleaned the cage out (I got all new toys, bowls etc) then I popped them in. They spent a few minutes huddled up together in the hut and then Daisy ran out for some food. At the moment Piglet is hiding in a heap of hay while Daisy is chilling in the hut (and I mean chilling, legs all stretched out and munching hay). I can see an instant change in Daisy, she seems alot more confident and happy. There have been a few warbles and gurgles between them too, I love guinea pig chatter. I have left them alone for a bit as Piglet is very nervous (understandably). I will take some photos of them tomorrow so you can see how beautiful Piglet is and how beautiful Daisy is too x) x) x)

Wow that went so well. They are a great match. I am so pleased to hear how happy they are with each other.

That's great news, looking forward to the pigtures..

I am hoping that as they have both been alone for a while they just really appreciate each other's company. Daisy is now taking a nap and Piglet is still warbling away in her heap of hay. I am sure I am not imagining the improvement in Diasy, this is the first time she has chilled out since Jasmine died.

Oh wow, the fun begins x). They are now chasing each other around the cage warbling away happily. Daisy has licked Piglets nose lots and even let her share her popcorn stick. I think it is piggie love.
