I had a text yesterday evening off Emma the vet nurse that tried so hard to help me save Darwin to say that he was back with her at the surgery and she would bring him to me this morning.
They have put him in a lovely wooden that has had flowers and things carved into it and a little metal plague on the top with his name on it. First thing I did was burst into tears again for getting my lil punk rock guinea back...but now I don't know what to do with the box.
It is too nice to bury but as I am in a rented house this isn't an option, plus I don't have a garden, just a patio but I do have lots of pots...I can't just leave him on the mantlepiece in case he gets knocked off but I don't just want to put him in a drawer like he has been forgotten...any ideas anyone? Please?
