Beautiful piggies. They look comfortable in all that hay.
Your boys are gorgeous, I do love a chunky boar! The pigs got quite a big handful of grass from the garden today. We have some long bladed one that’s growing along the edges. They also got a small handful of some I’m growing in pots.View attachment 146257View attachment 146258

You can’t beat a pair of well bonded boarsThe boys surprise me sometimes. Their wooden houses are usually near each other on one side of the cage. The other day I moved them so they were at opposite corners. They started taking turns sleeping inside. One would sleep inside and the other would sleep nearby outside. So today I put them back after changing them.
Seems they have their ‘affectionate‘ moments which melt my heart. This lasted a couple of minutes before Toffee went for more hay, and there was no arguing. Love my boys

They don’t deserve the reputation they’re given. It’s all down to misunderstanding/misinformation.You can’t beat a pair of well bonded boars ❤
It seems that sows can be more nasty than boars. With boars it’s more ‘obvious’. Interesting how they behave differently.A pair of well bonded boars is often far more affectionate to each other than a pair of sows in my experience
