Adult Guinea Pig
hello some of you may know that i have been trying a quartet of boars so to help people i thought i would do a diary of how i am getting on. hope you dont mind...
here goes
day1 .... washed all pig stuff bottles bowls pig-loos in white vinegar to remove pig scent. washed out hutches with white vinegar to remove traces of pig scents. wash pigs all at the same time to make them smell the same. i then let them dry off by letting them charge around the bathroom (notable noises rocky rumblestrutting) (no fights or arguements) i then moved them to their new indoor hutch (2x 8sq foot hutches joined with a tunnel) still no fighting leave hutch door ajar to create sealed (by the open door) play space still no fights
day2..... boys looking more settled dispite having nearly 16sqft they prefer one bedroom to 4 pigs aswell as there play room still no fights piglet now alpha pig
day3 .... concerned about aparrant bullying to gizmo but 4 bowls and four pigs and four of everthing will keep an eye on him rocky still rumblesrutting like he owns the place still no fights
day4 ..... gizmo now no longer bullied rocky not rumbling no apparant fights still all squished in one place piglet still alpha status
