ok so I had my guinea pig for a year and some months and I loved everything about her even though it was sometimes difficult cleaning her area and her cause she can be grumpy sometimes. Yesterday I wasn't home I was with my grandma but my mom was home all day, so finally I get home and I go in my room to feed her (Lucy). She had looked sleep so I didn't bother her because she gets grumpy when she gets woke up, but something didn't seem right so I went back in my room and called her name and she didn't move so I thought she was sick so I shook her little bed area and she wouldn't move so that's when I knew she had died. It took me a while to finally get ride of her but I didn't get ride of her food and bedding I just cant it was hard to let her go and I don't think I will get over this anytime soon. I was so close to getting her a new friend I wanted to wait until it was the right time but I guess it just wasn't meant for her to meet new friends or to live any longer but this is very hard I cant sleep or nothing.

I am so sorry to hear you have lost your piggy. Losing a much loved pet is very hard but the loss does get easier with time, then you will be able to remember Lucy with a smile.
