We once brought a bag of hay and discovered a dead rat inside :)>>> however, as soon as we opened the bag, it was obvious there wasn't something right.

We took the bag back to the range in a bin bag but didn't expect any form of compensation. We excepted a refund and free bag of hay
 
and I thought getting a twig in a bag of hay was annoying ....
