Adult Guinea Pig
I have no willpower unfortunately.
Once I lost my Rupert I decided I wouldn't adopt any more guinea pigs. However I still had my 2 year old Amos who lives in a cage by himself as he's a bit too cocky or his own good around other boars.
But he has always had other guinea pigs who lived in C and C cage next to him. And I had noticed changes in Amos that clearly indicated he still needed other guinea pigs around him.
To cut a long story short I contacted Stewybus who runs The Teeside Valley Guinea Pig Rescue.
After a flurry of emails I picked up Marble and Granite yesterday evening.
They are handsome long haired guinea pigs. They are together in a C and C run near Amos so he has some pals and is loving the companionship of other guinea pigs again.
I will post photos when the newbies Granite and Marble settle down.
