Thank you to Sophie for bringing these beautiful girls to me. x

I love the names - your Delilah looks just like my dads Delilah although his has a little more black on her coat.

What beautiful girls x

I've had the song 'My, my, my - Delilah!' in my head since dropping these girls off! mallethead

Bless them, they've really fallen on their feet!

awwwww absolutely stunning pigs there Laura, they are absolutely gorgeous, sure hope they settle down well! My newest have settled down really well too and have only been here a week, still a bit jumpy but apart from that they are fine and have already had 2 outings on the grass over the weekend!

They loved Aunty Sally's treats in the sample pack you gave me, I shared it out between all the pigs and it's all gone this morning! Delilah has discovered the comfort of cuddlecups so spent much of last night snuggled down in one of them, I do have some pics so I'll get them uploaded this morning. Sophia is getting braver and has been pottering about on the fleece a bit more, but she does prefer the log cabin at the moment...she seems to enjoy peering out the window!

The two other groups had floor time last night so met Delilah and Sophia through the bars. Willa and Jasmine were the most interested, everyone else came for a look then ran off again! Frankie still hasn't paid them much attention, but Meghan spends half her time with her nose sticking through the divider. :))

A couple of new pics - and one to follow. This morning they have been wormed and treated for parasites with Ivomec and Panacur, and had a haircut! Both girls back feet/hocks are looking a bit red, so I've put Perfect Paws ointment on them all as well.

I also weighed Delilah, her weight has concerned me as she does feel so light and quite bony, but her tummy is filling out a bit and she's put on 2oz overnight. Will weigh her daily for a week to make sure she's gaining steadily, don't want her to gain too much too quickly. Once she's holding at over 2lb I'll be happier! Soph feels perfectly proportioned and is a great weight.

They were really well behaved getting their hair trimmed. Delilah seems very settled already, she was more than happy for me to fuss her up and get her sorted. Sophia is a very nervous character, quite flighty, but she let me get her tidied up a bit as well. It's amazing what a difference a haircut and a bit of brushing makes, they're looking even more like little supermodels. :))

Sorry for the crappy quality of these next two pics, but I had to share. This was just before I tucked everyone up for bed. Del found the cuddlecup, and Sophia completely took over the log cabin.

Oh they're looking lovely and I'm so glad Delilah is making the most of the cuddle-cup! What a sweet pic. There's not much body to her under her coat, bless her, but sometimes living in a large group means the older/less pushy ones don't get the best grub, so hopefully now it's just the two of them her weight will improve some more - she gained weight in the short time she was with me, so good progress :)

Sophia is a bit of a drama queen, like She-Ra - she's very flighty indeed!

Awww, they look lovely and will soon feel at home!

Anther busy couple of days for these lovely girlies! They had their first floor time the other night. Delilah loves it, Sophia is not brave enough yet to wander round the room, but she does camp out under the bed. I'm still putting cream on their feet, Sophia's are almost normal now and Del is walking a bit easier. The girls are being brushed twice a day, each time I put the ointment on their feet; their hair is looking and feeling pretty soft and glossy. They've had their ears cleaned (Del was not impressed at all!), and I will tidy up their haircuts this afternoon. See if I can't get the longest hair around their front feet, I don't think it's helping with Delilah's walking. I won't shorten their hair any more, I love it when their hair is long, it just needs to be tidy so I can just see feet and do health checks without digging through lots of flowing locks!

They are settling in so nicely, they've just fitted right in. The routine works great for/with them. Del is happy to sit out in the cage now when I'm walking around the room and putting things in the cage; she was watching Frankie and Meghan through the bars this morning. Soph is almost at that stage too, she only runs away when I reach in the cage.

Sophia has also discovered cuddlecups and cosies, no pics just yet but I have plenty of others!

Delilah found a big, squishy fleecy bed on the floor:
