I just picked Delilah up a moment ago to trim her nails, and I felt this gross, wet, gooey discharge on her tummy, it appeared to be a piece of poop with jelly around it, the best I can describe it. I had a close look at her 'private' area and noticed discharge around her anus, doesn't appear to be coming from the vagina, it also has no smell. Delilah has had some mild tummy problems for the past couple of weeks and has already been to the vet about it, (she had tummy rumbles and soft poops with a tail) and he came to the conclusion that she has a sensitivity to oxbow urinary support tablets, so she is no longer fed these, for about a week now, the tummy rumbles have calmed down but her poops are still soft, and now this gel like discharge from her bottom, I'm seriously concerned. Does anyone have any idea what this is and whether she needs a vet again? I'm sorry for the graphic image, but I thought it would help.

I have seen this kind of jelly-like stuff, with pigs with digestive troubles, usually in conjunction with small poos, with a tail. It has cleared up when the poos went back to normal, so I think it is just another symptom. I'd probably go back to see the vet about the poo problem in general and mention this stuff while you are there.
