okay everyone lets see your guinea pig destruction lists how many things they've eaten/chewed thruough and the cost of replacing (not including their hutch stuff) ill start
4x nintendo 64 controllers £10 each
2 x ps2 controllers £15 each
emmas art homwork (uni) priceless
1 x guitar cable £10
1 phone cable £10
1 usb lead £5
several blankets £30 total for them

so as you can see the little bug***s cost a pretty penny but we wouldnt be without them

I have a brand new one as of yesterday, OH did not put the grids across the telly back properly, and Mabel chewed through the phone cable and it cost 36.99 to get a new set of phones.

Gertie or Johnny ate our internet (the cable) and we had to replace the lead, that was a whilea go before we blocked everything off.

All piggies have ripped the wallpaper off in the hall so that will need repalcing and Madeline and Izzie have chewed the sideboard.

this is one piggy. since he had his bits off last friday (18th) he has eaten little pieces of duct tape, shower curtain, newspaper which is fine, 3 holes in a towel and my carpet! but i havent noticed him eating his stitches!

they really are destructive but perhaps we shouldnt leave things in there way.

omg Helen!

Um, the bunnies are the ones that have done most destruction to my house, not least of all the carpet in the hall which will have to be replaced when we move out if not before. There's also stains on the living room floor which will have to be super steam cleaned and if it doesn't come up we will have to replace that too

so... yeah new carpet, no idea how much that 'd cost.

xox

my piggies have never destroyed anything apart from weeing on settees, beds and blankets but thats easily cleaned
now smokey the hamster on one of his great escapes chewed through the wii sensor bar! and he moved into the settee which had to be cut to get him out!
