Develop Pea Eye?

Hi all,

Just a quick question. I've recently noticed my three year old piggie Maisy has a white bulge on her lower eyelid and comparing to pictures of pea eye its very similar.

Is it normal for piggies to 'develop' pea eye or is it something that I should be concerned about?

This is the best photo I could get. She fidgets a lot. Thats the main eye but there is some of the issue in the other eye too

I will do. Thats the main thing that confuses me because it looks a lot like fatty eye that Ive seen on other piggies, so I'm unsure what to think at the minute but Ill take her to a vet as soon as I can

It might be. I would take her to a vet just to be sure/safe.

Theres no discharge or anything and she seems her usual self she still squeals for food like the greedy little munchkin she is, so fingers crossed I'm just being a paranoid pig mum
