My name is Ron. My roommates have a guinea pig that I love to death. He is the sweetest thing ever. Well we think it's a he :). We are trying to get him a new playpen and I say that because I hate to say cage. Personally I don't believe in captivity. But anyways, we started a campaign on Indiegogo.com to get him a new playpen and a new woman.. Well hopefully he is male.. If he is male then you certainly don't want to get him a female as a friend.

Breeding is something that is greatly frowned on here. We are a rescue friendly forum.
 
Well if the pig is genuine and this is not just another scam to get money off the piggy lovers of this forum then I pity him.

If you and your room-mates cannot afford an appropriate cage then how are you to afford vet treatment? How will you afford to care for the new female if (and probably when) she gets into difficulty giving birth? How will you afford the extra caging to house the young family separately from the male - he will get mom pregnant the day she gives birth otherwise, and be at even greater risk of complications, he will get his daughters pregnant at 4 weeks putting them in serious danger, the sons will have to be separated at 3 weeks or they can also get mom and sisters pregnant. For the pigs' sake - do some research before you make some god awful mistakes that the pigs end up paying for.

If you are genuine, which I doubt, then get him sexed and get him a friend of his own sex.
